Which rides have the longest wait time at both US and IOA?

We will be going to both Universal Studios and Island of Adventure for the first time.

Which rides have the longest wait times and therefore are considered the most popular?

I have a 4 and 8 year old that don't really go on the thrill rides for the "older" kids.....so I'm trying to see what to expect when it comes to rides for the younger kids.

Right now what I have seen is Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and the Amazing Adventures of Spiderman over at IOA and Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem at USF. Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls and Jurassic Park River Adventure have been having long wait times in the middle of the day when people want to cool off in a water ride.
