Shoot, sorry....Good news WE JUST GOT BACK FROM Universal....Here's the scoop.
WILL BE ABLE TO RIDE: ALMOST EVERYTHING!!!! and probably everything. Since my brother just barely did not fit on the following and your husband is 5 inches shorter. It was always a long torso issue, never a broad shoulder issue for my brother.
My brother could not ride RRR but if he was an inch shorter he would have been able to ride it!!! SO 6'7'' and lower good to go.
He could not fit on Hulk last year, but just barely. Dr. Doom, HPFJ, and Dragon Challenge Ditto.
His long legs were an issue on Ripsaw Falls, but he fit, but had trouble getting out.
All of the rides that he had issues are shoulder harness rides, with HPFJ being the tightest NO GO for him and in never get a green light even if I helped push on the harness.
All of them have test seats before you get in line. Have your husband jump in one of those to check to see if it is comfortable for him. I think it will be more comfort than not fitting.
Hulk won't be opened for a while, but Dr. Doom's ride, and Dragon Challenge use the same over the shoulder harnesses that almost every 6 flags type roller coaster uses. If he fits on those he will fit on these.
