Which rides are tamest and wildest

I am always planning a trip it seems even years down the road. After this trip in March I will be going with DB, DSIL and their two DBs who will be about 7 and 5. The boys have never been on any kind of rides before and probably won't have been on much before we go to WDW. I am curious. In MK can you rank the rides from tamest to most intense. I guess starting with IASM, Philharmagic, Country Bears, Tiki Birds, Jungle Boats, Peter Pan, Alladin, etc. Any input?
