This is based on my own pregnancy and everyone will be different.
In addition to following Disney's "pregnant women should not ride" warnings I would hesitate on the following:
Autopia- The jerkiness would be too much for my sore back in the later stages even if I did not get bumped.
In the morning sickness stages I would skip Teacups and possibly Soarin'.
Again, these are strictly for comfort, not for safety, per se. You want to consider the impact your condition has on you and whether the ride will make you more miserable than happy.

This is a good rule to apply to most activities while you're expecting, btw, not just at
Disneyland.

Rest frequently, drink lots of water and if it doesn't feel good, don't do it!
I would absolutely NOT risk my unborn child by riding something with a warning on it, just like I wouldn't try to sneak a too short child onto a ride with a height limit. There are risks not worth taking.
