I enjoy them both. I would choose based on your other activities that day. If you want to do a little shopping, go to the DS location. If you are going to be at AK, go to that one. The AK location is more out of the way than the one at DS, especially if you aren’t planning to do anything but go there to eat. We have often scheduled a dinner there for the time we plan to be leaving AK, since it is so convenient to stop on the way out of the park.

They typically run for an hour after the park closes. So you would need to look at the park hours for the day you are visiting for the exact time.

Disney won't leave you stranded at a park. Pick any ADR time that works and don't feel like you need to rush, Disney will get you home after.
