which restauraunt to celebrate a birthday?

we will celebrating my son's 7th birthday this september and of course with the free dining we want to celebrate at one of the character meals, he likes all disney characters, so I don't know which one to choose from, our choices are chef mickey's, crystal palace, garden grill or hollywood and vine....all input is appreciated.
