Going to Disney in 2 weeks for 4 nights with a 5 & 7 year old. Can anyone recommend good restaurants that both adults and kids will enjoy?

Thanks!

SciFi Dine-In; Beaches & Cream; Chef Mickey's - breakfast; Coral Reef; Rainforest Cafe(AK)

Boma at the AKL. We have been there twice and have loved the experience both times. Incredible, high quality food in the great atmosphere of the AKL. They have a kids food section on the buffet with chicken fingers, pasta, etc. The dining area can get a bit loud with all of the people (it is very popular) but it is an experience not to be missed!!!!! It is also a great opportunity to visit the AKL if you have never had the chance before.

The Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney is a fun place for kids. Food is pretty good and the atmosphere is really great for kids.

Have a great time and enjoy!!!!

We love love love the Hoop Dee Doo revue!

Liberty Tree Tavern (MK)for dinner is our favorite characture meal.

Pecos Bills (MK)has the best counter service.

An early PS for Breakfastasaurus (AK is a great way to beat the gate crowds and alot of fun.

We love whipering canyon for breakfast, but lunch and dinner are fun too.

Cape May cafe has a great seafood buffet for dinner.

Spoodles is great for breakfast.

Our must dont is the San Angel Inn. We werent wild about Hollywood and Vine or Brown Derby.

I'll second Boma:earsboy: Many people also enjoy Le Cellier at Epcot:earsboy:

Bomma's is my favorite. Great food, good portions, and a wonderful setting. With young kids, I would also recogmend the Sci-Fi at MGM and Cinderella's Royal Table (both for lunch) the food isn't spectacular at either of these, but they're must-trys IMO for the atmosphere. Also, If you can, do a character meal. Most Priority seatings tend to go fast for character meals since they're so popular, but you still might be able to get into a few at this point (maybe Cape May Cafe or Garden Grill).

Whispering Canyon at WL and Coral Reef at Epcot! At ages 5 and 7, your kids will love the antics and horse races at WCC!

OHANAS' AT THE POLY FOR DINNER IS OUR FAVORITE FOR KIDS. THEY HAVE HULA HOOP AND COCONUT RACES WITH BROOMS FOR THE KIDS DURING DINNER. LOTS OF FUN FOR THE KIDS. THE MEAL IS AWESOME TOO!

Character meals are great with kids. You can get pictures taken, autographs gotten, and a small amount of interaction with the characters without having to stand in line for characters in the parks when you could be riding the rides. Good ones are Chef Mickeys, Donald's Breakfastaurus, Crystal Palace, and Garden Grill.

Other good restaurants that are really kid friendly where kids do things while dining are Whispering Canyon and O'Hanas. Another favorite is Bomas.

You may want to make the reservations (Priority Seating) now before you go so you don't have to worry about waiting a long time for the meal. We found it a pain to do it there either in the park as soon as we arrived for reservations or at the resort if staying on site. Do it now before you leave.

Boma and Ohana's Hands down the best not to be missed restaurants.
