Which restaurants have a Chefs Table option?

Hi everyone!
I've been doing searches and can't seem to find a list of which restaurants offer the "Chefs Table" option. I know that V & A has one, anywhere else? I'm thinking of surprising DH with a quickie trip this fall and I'd love to do a "chefs table" meal. Any suggestions? Experiences? Thanks!

Not a Disney Restaurant but nearby on 535.
La Coquina at Hyatt Grand Cyprus Resort. Excellent Sunday Brunch as well.

Emeril's Tchop Chop does a Tasting Bar. We sat with 8 other people at a "bar" overlooking the Kitchen, it was great. And very reasonable. Under 100 each.
