which restaurants are not part of the dining plan

Is there a list of the restaurants not part of disney dining plan somewhere?
I know: Rainforest and TRex are not. Anything else?

Not sure about a list somewhere, but Bistro de Paris in Epcot, Victoria and Albert's at GF, none of the restaurants at Swan, Dolphin, or Shades of Green, and at DTD Fulton's, Paradiso 37, Portobello's, Bongo's, House of Blues, and the upstairs Wolfgang Pucks don't accept it. That's in addition to T Rex and both of the Rainforest Cafes.

this might be a dumb question but we have the Premium package next month and we have an ADR for Fulton's. It shows as a participating restaurant on the Premium brochure. Has something changed and do I need to make a new ADR someplace else??

Fulton's will accept the Premium and Platinum Package Plans. They won't accept the Disney Dining Plans. These are two separate and distinct package add-ons.
