Which Restaurants are NOT on the Dining Plan?

I'm booked as a solo traveler, room only, during *free* dining and would love to know which restaurant are NOT on the dining plan. My thinking is that they will be the least crowded with the fewest darling, wonderful, cute, and very tired and fussy but loveable children at the next table. Anyone know a way to find out?

Hmm...the only one I know for sure is Shula's at the Dolphin. I think some of the Downtown Disney places as well but im not sure which ones?

Planet Hollywood, Raglan Road, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, and Cap'n Jack's accept the dining plan as TS restaurants.

RFC accepts only the premium and platinum plans. They do not accept the regular dining plan.

Wow - thanks for the info! Since so few restaurants are NOT on the dining plan, especially in the parks, which restaurants on the plan have a bar area that serves food? I could pull up a bar stool, chat up the bartender, and make my escape. Are there such places? I am usually an appetizer and/or dessert diner.

Flying Fish, Jiko, California Grill, and Wolfgang Puck. There may be more, but I know all those restaurants have bar seating.

Rose & Crown (love the cheese plate, and you can order fish & chips at the bar)

Bluezoo (Dolphin) has a happy hour on weekdays - $5 drinks and appetizers
Gurgling Suitcase (OKW) serves food from Olivia's
Turf Club (has bar appetizers)

Mama Melrose had very limited counter seating. Don't know if they still have it.

The few seats at the counter were still there as of 8/10. I never spotted anyone actually seated there, though.

Thanks for all the information. With the exception of the Magic Kingdom, it looks like TS at each park and resort has a bar seating area. Of course, there are no bars in the Magic Kingdom, but I love the Columbia Harbor House upstairs that extends over the sidewalk and waiving at the people on It's a Small World from Pinocchio House. Great people watching! Maybe I'll do a trip report about eating solo in the Disney TS restaurant bars. Would anyone read it? Have you done it? What was your experience? Was it hard to get bar seating for one as a walk-up?

I've eaten solo at plenty of places, many at those counter seats:

Jiko (seated at "The Cooking Place" counter)
California Grill (open kitchen counter area)
Flying Fish (open kitchen counter)
50's Prime Time (at the Tune In Lounge AND in the main dining room)

I was fully prepared to finally do Victoria and Albert's solo in October, but now I've gotten an invite to join some friends.

I've no problems dining solo, and yes, I write about it. I haven't tried going solo lately without an ADR, especially since the DDP became as popular as it is now.
