We've been to WDW a few times, and have been to a bunch of restaurants but want to try something new. We will be traveling with a 9 and 4 year old boys and DH and I. DS4 has severe food allergies so we make sure to eat at one sit down a day, sometimes 2.

Here's where we've gone:
MK
BOG (lunch)
Liberty Tree tavern
Crystal Palace
Plaza Restaurant
CRT

Epcot
Teppen Edo
Garden Grill

HS
50s prime time

AK
Tusker House

Hotels
Boma
O'hana
Grand Floridian Cafe
Narcoose's
1900 Park Fare
Chef Mickey
Beaches n cream
TrailsEnd
Ravello
Tree

Right now, we have reservations at the Wilderness Lodge, We hope to switch to a monorail resort if deals come out. We will have a car. We also will be OOP most likely. I've bolded the ones the kids really want to go to next time.

What else should we try if we can?

It looks like you already have a couple must-dos for Epcot, but I'd consider Biergarten. We love the general atmosphere, the show, and the nice variety buffet.

Also at Epcot, Via Napoli (the pizza restaurant) is excellent.

Raglan Road at Disney Springs is fun.

I say change nothing, you have put together a really amazing list!

Kona Cafe at the Poly is really good, however I have no idea if it is kid friendly.

In MK, I would try Skipper Canteen. The atmosphere is really fun and the food is good!

In EP, we love Spice Road Table. Great food and super friendly staff.

In HS, we love Hollywood Brown Derby, but if you don't want to do a signature, Sci-Fi is really cool and the boys would probably enjoy it!

We love Tusker House in AK, but if you want to try something new, Yak & Yeti is good.

For resort restaurants, Whispering Canyon at WL is SO fun! We just stayed at WL last week and went to WL for breakfast. DS9 loved it so much we ended up eating there 2 more times! If you want to try a dinner show, Hoop Dee Doo is also a lot of fun!

Other resort restaurants we like - Sanaa at AKL, The Wave at CR and Trattoria al Forno at BWI.

Epcot Wow, I have so many to name and reasons why!! San Angel Inn, great atmosphere and not your usual Tex-Mex fare. Lots more authentic than critics give it credit. Been a must do for us every trip. Rose N Crown, love the food here, and the CMs are very interesting to talk with. Biergarten, great for with lots of choices for everyone. Band livens it up too, really fun during Octoberfest and Christmas. Via Napoli, Piccante Pizza, no more needs to be said. And last but not least, Nine Dragons, Honey Sesame Chicken aint like any other chinese dish I had in my home town:D
Tepeen Edo
Garden Grill

HS
50s prime time I can't say anything much here, I would go back to 50s in a heartbeat. But Mama Melrose is a good choice, though 50s would be mine 1st

AK
Tusker House

Hotels The Wave breakfast or lunch(not dinner, not impressed), Maya Grill
Boma
O'hana
Grand Floridian Cafe
Narcoose's
1900 Park Fare
Chef Mickey
Beaches n cream
TrailsEnd
Ravello

In MK Skipper Canteen or Columbia Harbor House
In Epcot we love San Angel Inn, the salsa is awesome
In HS we had a great meal at Rosie's. Fried green tomato sandwich. Really good.
In AK we love Yak and Yeti. It is really a great spot. Son loves it too.
Resorts you are at WL and the best restaurant outside of V&A is there. Do 1 adult night and grab drinks at territory lounge then go eat and Artist Point.

If you're going to DS I'd recommend The Boathouse. On a nice evening we sit outside overlooking the water, and enjoy the good service, beautiful food, and wonderful view. Good memories for us.

Cape May breakfast at the Beach Club! Minnie, Donald, and Goody are in their Beach Gear.. so cute! If you can get an early ADR the restaurant is super quiet and you will almost have the characters to yourself! We stay at the BC and like to do a 7:30 AM ADR before a 9:00 AM Epcot or HS opening.

They have a lot of variety for kids and adults (pancakes, waffles, bacon plus more "adult" options like breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions and grilled asparagus)

The food has always been fresh and hot and they are excellent at keeping the buffet replenished.
