Which restaurant to make reservations for if the trip is a month away?

Now, our reservations got moved around a little, and we were originally going to be going down to Disney this month. Now, we're going next month. I wanted to make a reservation for a sit-down restaurant at one of the Disney World parks, and I know it can't be one of the fast booking ones. I was thinking Crystal Palace, is that a fast booker? What about Sci-Fi Dine In? Akershus? We've never done a sit down at Disney before, and we need one that we'll be able to make easy reservations for a month in advance. Thanks!

It's really pretty simple to use the online dining reservation site...just enter a day, a meal and leave the rest open...it will return all options available at that time. Of course, you can enter filters to narrow down your search. But, if you are just looking for all options on a given day and a certain meal, it's pretty simple. If you have a specific restaurant you want to go to, try to search a reservation for it. You never know what might open up as people are constantly changing their ADRs. There are so many options and types of cuisines to choose from in table service restaurants, so it really depends on what you are looking for or want to try. If you read through this board, you will find recommendations to go to and avoid every restaurant! But, this board is a great tool to make your own judgements and you will even find some great pictures of meals at various restaurants.

We love TS at Disney and always do the DxDP. If you are there during the food & wine festival at Epcot, even better...be sure to factor in some time to eat your way around the world showcase.
