Scrapple, goetta, Taylor ham or pork roll. Not on property. You will be lucky to even find grits unless they have shrimp with them and served at dinner.

Actually, Homecomin’ has really, really good grits available as a side and included in some of their dishes. I would gladly, and have, stopped by for a quick bite and given up their deserts for grits.

While I can pass on the scrapple, I'd love to see Taylor's pork roll on a menu. Scrapple is VERY regional. I grew up with it in Philadelphia, while my wife, from 90 miles north of Philadelphia, didn't have it as part of her culinary heritage. However, she did have Taylor pork roll, so we're in agreement on its superiority to "Canadian bacon" and those see-through strips of bacon served at WDW.
