DH and I are headed to Disney in December:banana:on the dining plan. the dining plan is a first for us and can't seem to make our choices on a sit down restaurant. We did decide on Ohana's and got reservations for that. It will only be DH and I on this trip,(our anniversary!) We like just about any kind of food and there are just so many choices and WDW....it's so hard to choose. Which restaurant is a must do for you?

keep reading the dis to get ideas! for our trip, i've decided on le celier coz people seem to rave about it, biergarten because my bf's fave bar is called biergarten so i thought it would be nice to have beer in germany, epcot, narcoossee's becuase my bf wants to do one signature dining and i want the lobster, and last dinner will be kona cafe because we are staying at the poly and it will be oop so i want some sushi!

Adults only, that would be V&A. We try to get there every time we go with no children. The other ones we really like are Bistro de Paris and bluezoo.

I would only do V + A's if I had gone insane. Although the food might be exquisite full is full IMO.:cool1:

Our family's favorite is California Grill! I hope you enjoy where ever you decide to make reservations.

We always do the deluxe dining because we want to eat at all the restaurants....lol we have now eaten at them all!! I think we may be food snobs, lmbo

1TS- Coral Reef, Le Cellier, or Kona Cafe.... Coral Reef is our fave but Le Cellier is not trailing far behind. Its hard to get ressies at Le Cellier though. Kona is a great place too... YUMMY!!!!!
2TS (Signature)-Narcoossees, Citricos, California Grill
Narcoossees is, by far, our fave!!! You can watch fireworks and the food is wonderful!!! We like Citricos and California Grill too.
Non disney dining plan- Shula's Steakhouse, Victoria and Alberts.... we feel that Victoria and Alberts is good but overpriced. There are much better restaurants for the price elsewhere at NON disney locations.
Have a magical trip!!!!

thanks everyone for your responses!:thumbsup2 so now we have decisions to make! DH really wants to try Coral Reef and I am thinking of Boma or Narcoossees....or maybe both.:) Just hoping I can get reservations! Thanks again!!

Just make sure you have enough dining credits to cover your choices.
Disneydreaming4now covered examples a few posts above for the 1 credit vs. 2 credit restaurants.

Boma. It's a very unique buffet, and lots of choices if you aren't picky.

LeCelliar is quite good.
However, only go if you have a great deal of time as the service is S-L-O-W.

Our family doesn't have just one must do....we have 4.

- Akershus Breakfast
- Cape May Cafe Breakfast
- Cali Grill
- Le Cellier

As you can see we have 2 must dos that the kids have to go to each time and 2 that mommy and daddy have to go to each time....it balances out quite nicely.

Another vote for V&A. It's soooooo good!!!!!

As for restaurants on the dining plan:
1. Narcoossee's
2. Jiko
3. O'hana (:thumbsup2)
