Which ressie require advance payments?

I have my ressie's booked but for the life of me I cant remember if any required me to give a credit card for payment when making the reservation or just holding the number until the actually day. I know I gave a CC# for the BB Boutique and I am almost 100% sure they charged me already, but what about my other reservations? I have Chef Mickey, 50's Prime Time, Crystal Palace, Princess Storybook & Whispering Canyon. Can anyone help?

I don't think any of those other ones charge you beforehand. We've eaten at all of those and I don't remember paying for any in advance.

The only ones I've done that do are CRT and Hoop de Doo.
