Which resorts can you transfer from??

My turn for a dumb question - I know I saw this info somewhere but can't remember!

Which resorts will the DCL provide transfers from? We're staying at the Swan prior to our cruise. Just wondering if I need to get a towncar or if I can use the Disney transfers...

The Swan and Dolphin are both DCL resorts, so you can catch the bus from the Swan!

Thanks! I was hoping that was the case. I love Tiffany Towncar - but would feel better if we took the DCL bus...
