Which Resort???

Hello All! I am again turning to you guys for your help. We are planning our trip to Disney for next summer. DH and I will be celebrating our 15th anniversary and thought it would be nice to stay at Wilderness Lodge. Our two ds want to stay at Pop Century again. I just called and got rates for both. I would really, really, really like to stay at WL, but not sure if we can swing it. What should I do? Book WL then a few months out if I see we aren't going to be able to afford it, try to switch to POP? Or should I book POP and then try to book WL if we can afford it as the trip gets closer? We also won't know until Jan/Feb the exact dates of our trip. We know when we would like to have it, but won't be sure until then. I save better when I have it booked already, so thought about booking for the week we want then change as soon as we know the exact date. Will this work? I hope you all can understand this jumbled up mess!!!

I would suggest that you book what is affordable to you, then if a discount rate comes out or your situation changes switch to WL. If you make a ressie at WL, then you decide you can't swing it and there's no availability at Pop, you'll be stuck...

You could book a split stay. I am doing that in Feb. I am doing 3 nights at POP then 8 nights at BCV.
