Which resort would you pick?

We are adding a night to the start of our trip. We will land at 4 and don't want to do a park or even DS as in the am we are moving to another resort for our stay and will have a long travel day. We are four adults, and don't drink, but we'd like to have dinner at our resort. Trip is next month.
Would any of these resorts have activities to enjoy?
ASM, POR, POFQ,CS village
thank you!

Not ASM, those rooms are tiny. Where are you staying the rest of your stay? Also what is CS village?

We are moving to the GF for the rest of the week. I have no idea what the "village" means, maybe not the tower? That's what it says when we search rooms...

POR is lovely, has nice restaurant but also boat to DS with lots of choices. You may be there on a Yee Haw Bob night in the bar. But POR is so relaxing just to walk around, and has comfy beds.

Since you won’t be there very long, I would check the menus at Boatwrights and the various options at CS and see which your party likes better. Both POR and CS have nice grounds to stroll for the evening.

I'd probably pick POR if it's just for 1 night and you're wanting to have a nice dinner.

We love CS and the Destino Tower. Lots of choices there. If any of you are into sports, Rix is a good restaurant for that. Three Bridges is neat. And we love Toledo at the top of Destino. Can walk the loop around the water.

Yes, I'd also suggest POR for the same reasons.

Thanks for all of the replies...Is there anything to do at the resorts, besides eat? Anything at Coronado? lol
Is there some sort of boat schedule to DS from POR or does it go regularly every night? I'm thinking if the weather is good we could do that. We will be there on a Saturday night.

POR has boats that run regularly to DS. If memory serves, they are like every 20-30 minutes. It's a wonderful boat ride.

We recently ate at Boatwright's at POR. It was a very, very good meal at decent pricing (French Onion soup is spectacular). The atmosphere was excellent as well as the fireplace(s).

Even if you don't use it, the pool area is just nice to walk around or sit for a bit.

We booked at POR. The boat to DS sounds like fun, and so does Yeehaw Bob!
Wasn't sure what we would do at Coronado other than dinner...
Thanks for the suggestions!

Also, from POR there's a really nice walk along the river to POFQ, where you can get beignets! The walk takes somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on how fast/slow you walk.

Make sure to make a reservation at Boatwrights if you want to eat there. They were full when we were there, even on a not-crowded-seeming evening.

I've stayed at all the Moderates minus Fort Wilderness and I will second the opinion on Coronado Springs. The dining has some of the best options for moderates and the pool is fantastic. Staying there for a night also takes away the downside of the resort, which is the multiple bus stops.

A close second would be POFQ, as beignets for breakfast can't be beat!
