Which resort to sleep 5 ?

Which resort has the best accommodations to sleep 5 adults (2 teens + 3 adults)?

Our top choices are: 1) Poly 2) GF 3) Beach Club

Would it be best to get a 2 bedroom at one of these resorts? Or just get 2 rooms at someplace like Pop Century which we enjoyed.

What do you recommend, DIS experts?

With five larger people, I'd go for two rooms. If your two teens are smaller and younger, you might be okay in one room. You could get a BCV two bedroom Villa on the DVC side or book two DVC studios at Polynesian Resort. But that would probably be more expensive than two rooms at Pop.

Family suites at AOA or All Star Music. At Music they are recently refurbished with 3 queen size beds which sleep six. You also get 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette with a microwave and full fridge.

AoA has convenient Skyliner access to Epcot and HS and having 2 bathrooms is a great plus.

If you can financially swing two rooms at one of the listed resorts, I would do that. Note, you can fit 5 in a standard room at any of those resorts, but the space would be tight and you would only have one bedroom. 2-bedroom DVC villas are fantastic but very hard to come by, currently, depending on your dates. If you liked Pop, you would save money by getting two rooms there. You could also consider two rooms at a mod or even calling Swan/Dolphin about a 2-bedroom suite which, occasionally prices out around the same price as a standard room at GF or Poly.

We had 5 adults in an AOA suite. We found it very comfortable.
