Does any of the Disney resorts have gyms? And I mean a good gym, not a room with a treadmills and a few weights. 10 days without a good workout is going to kill me and DH
All of the Deluxe Resorts (EXCEPT Polynesian) have a gym.
Coronado Springs has a small gym.
The best gym is rumored to be at the Swan/Dolphin.
I can speak from experience that the gyms at the Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge are good. Much more than "a couple treadmills and some weights". They are very well equipped gyms, with newer high quality machines of all kinds.
The Boardwalk has a nice gym and, if you run at all, it is a really great place for a morning jog. We run to the Studios and back and around the Boardwalk past the BC/YC and S/D. You just have to be careful if they have sprayed the Boardwalk down since it could be slippery.

I'm with you. DH and I schedule our meals so that we can get good workouts beforehand. All deluxe resorts have decent gyms; most have saunas; some have steam rooms. Grand Floridian and Saratoga have full spas. Beach/Yacht Club also has a great (huge) hot tub inside the gym, along with a steam room and sauna.
Here are some pages of pics of gyms that I have good experience with:
I've used the gyms at AKL and CR last August. I found both to be very good, clean and up-to-date on equipment. I plan to check out YC in about 10 days.
I will just add about the Polynesian...guests there do also receive access to the GF Spa & Health Club, which is actually almost equidistant between the GF & Poly.

If you are staying at the resort that offers the gym, they are free. If you go to a resort that you are not staying at, it is like $12.00 a day (or you can buy a pass for your length of stay).

Damn we are staying at CBR next, I better not tell DH that it doesn't have a gym and others do b/c he will make me change resorts and I really want to try CBR this time!
BLT does not have its own workout room. The one at the CR tower is easily accessible from the sky bridge. Just take the elevators down to the 3rd floor of the CR tower. The fitness center is one of the only things there.
