We will be a party of 7 - Myself, DH (in our 30s), our two kids, ages 5 & 2, my parents (well traveled, in their early 60s) and my sister (30). We have been to WDW numerous times before and have always stayed at the Moderates or Fort Wilderness.

DH & I are annual pass holders (from our trip in mid-June; we're staying at POP, our first venture into the value resorts). We will need two rooms (one for me, DH & kids and another for my parents and sister to share) and will probably stay 8 nights.

If money were not an issue and we could stay at any resort, our first choice would be the Poly, since my sister and I have always wanted to stay their since we were little and it's on the monorail. We were also thinking about the Wilderness Lodge since it is 'our style'. Upon further discussion, we talked about the Beach Club, for it's cool pool and proximity to Epcot, or the Board Walk for the same reason. As we continued our conversation, we came back to the moderates or value resorts, simply to save money.

So -- what do you all think?
Also, does anyone know when AP rates will be out for November?

Have you considered looking into a Home Away From Home (DVC) resort? You could book a two bedroom and have a really nice sized accomodation with full kitchen and laundry room, not to mention the great tub!

There are any number of areas that have these available, BC, BWV, OKW, WL, SSR...
