Which resort for 3 adults?

Just curious what resort you think would be best for 3 adults who don't want to share beds? It would be myself and two of my brothers (both 6' tall!) and we'd really like to stay onsite at a Disney hotel..... Do any Disney resorts offer rollaways? Would bunk beds work as an option for adults? Any thoughts, suggestions or shared experiences are appreciated - thank you!!

Port Orleans Riverside has rooms with a trundle bed. Max capacity at all other Moderates is 4, so I'm assuming they don't offer rollaways, but not sure. I think all Deluxes offer rollaways. Some deluxes have a day bed.
No rollaways at Value Resorts.
