Which Resort at Christmastime

We want to go down next year during the first week of December. Deluxe isn't in our budget anymore now that there's 3 of us. I want to steer clear of the values because that should be Pop Warner week.
Can someone recommend a good moderate that is still very pretty and "Christmas-y"?
