Which Resident AP would you buy?

I'll start by saying that if we had lots of money I'd get the Premium's or even the Seasonals, but I don't.
So this year I'm trying to save up to either renew our annual water park passes or get the Florida Resident After 4 passes for the family for our holiday gift.
We've had the water park passes for a year but I don't know that we'd use it as much next year with the new baby.
I'm leaning towards the Epcot After 4 Pass, but I don't know if we'd get to see the entertainment in the pavillions, the characters, or the corny eat to the beat concerts, given the hour of admission.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Has anyone else had the Epcot after 4 Pass? How did you like it? Did you get enough out of it?
Thanks for the input!

The Flower Power and Eat to the Beat concerts generally begin after 5, so you would get to hear them. With the new baby, would you be going out much at night?

I can't help but think about getting the Seasonal Passes. Its about $100 more for each ticket. But considering that you get all the parks it seems more the value to me. But if I had to choose between Epcot after 4 and the water park I'd go with Epcot.

Good Luck and wishing you a quick and easy labor.
