which queues would you not fast pass because they are fun to go through? thanks.

I think this depends on your personal situation. I have 3 kids under the age of 5 so.... All said above and... Dumbo (air conditioned play time and relax for the parents), maybe 7DMT however haven't ridden it yet do cannot say for sure, mermaid because it moves fast and we're going in an expected low capacity timeframe and that's about all I can think of at the moment.

We're fastpassing the teacups on our first day because they're on a refurbishment the rest of the week we're there. want to be sure we get on them so waste of a FP+ however it's something everyone looks forward to and we're only going to be in the park a limited time the 1st day.

Depending on when you go (sometimes during Wishes it's not so bad) the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad line is very cool! I agree on Peter Pan and Haunted Mansion!

Go at Park Opening-best Standby Queue at WDW.:)

That's what we did. Sort of unfortunately, we got to the actual ride so quickly we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the queue :)

If you get there and the line is less than 10 minutes dont use your fastpass go through the standby line and change the FP for something else on MDE app. Super easy. I ended up doing that for an original BTMRR switched it to splash then went in splash line was super short so we switched it for Buzz a little later. You may not get 7dmt but you could used it for something that gets a 20 minute line. You do more stuff and dont waste a FP+. No need to do it at a kiosk which sometimes takes longer, the app works for changes like this.

I like to try to time things so we can do the regular queues, but without waiting TOO long, for Peter Pan, Haunted Mansion, 7 Dwarfs, Test Track (the queue is so-so, but I like building a car), Expedition Everest, and Tower of Terror.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain that FP Test Track riders get to design cars too now. So you won't miss much by using a FP for that ride.

Off the top of my head, the Expedition Everest queue is worth seeing. There's a ton of detail to admire. The Mermaid ride in Fantasy Land has some nice detailing as well.

Not a big fan of the Pooh queue. Sure it has games along the way but there's one in particular that's really noisy. It's not that fun getting stuck right next to it.

The new Peter Pan queue is nice, but doing stand by usually means you're stuck there for more than 50 min.

I'd love to hear from someone who has done it, but I believe that the FP+ design process is shorter and with less options than the process in the regular queue. That's why we've always done TT first and FP+ for Soarin' at Epcot!

When we were there this past September, the FP merge was before design. We were able to design a car for the same amount of time.

That's great to know, thank you!

Edit: Maybe I was thinking of the single rider queue.

The single rider line is the one with the reduced car process (scan band, pick a car, move on)

FP merges with Standby at the design station and then the merged line forms a new line separate from the single riders

Haha I just edited my last post to say maybe it was single riders I was thinking of. Thanks for confirming!

We were there 2 weeks ago and the FP line mixed into the Standby line for TT right where you line up to go in to make the car.

We got in line for Peter Pan right at 11:59 during MNSSHP. It was a nice mix of somewhat short wait, but not "rope drop" short where we could not even see the new queue. I am sure a similar strategy would work for most any day at closing time.
