Just wondering if any of you who have done Askerhaus lately could tell me which princesses they have seen (bkft vs dinner). I have ressies for dinner and wondering if I should switch to brkfst. I know there are no guarantees about characters, but was looking for possible recent patterns...Also, which of the food people prefer. Thanks for your opinions!

I would love to know too... we have a princess breakfast for our 1st full day in the world!!!

Unfortunately, I have never had breakfast with the Princesses but we had dinner with them at Christmas. There was Belle sitting in the photo op chair at the front of the restaurant and Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella and Jasmine making the rounds.

As for the food, it was ok, but we were not terribly impressed with the buffet table, which was a limited selection of smoked fish and cold cut meats with some salad choices. The entre's were pretty good but not worth the price. If dining with the Princesses is important to your kids, then I say go for it, but don't expect value.

We went in December. It was Belle in her fancy red/gold dress at the door. Then Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Jasmine and Mulan came to the table. They were all really good with my niece who turned 8 that day and they all gave my 11yo nephew a hard time.

We also went in December, just a couple of days before Christmas. Sleeping Beauty was at the door for the photos. Mulan, Jasmine, Snow White and Mary Poppins came to the table.

We went for lunch on 1/26/08. We had Belle (yellow dress) for the photo op and then Sleeping Beauty, Cindy, Jasmine, and Ariel (human, blue/green dress) making the rounds. Sleeping Beauty took several minutes with DD (she is 4) but the rest were pretty quick. The only thing we could get DD to eat were the rolls on the table but our DD is one of "those" picky eater children.

Other posters on different threads have said Mulan has been there recently as well (we found her and Mushu right after our lunch in China :) )

Just returned from WDW last week. We had PSB lunch. Belle greeted, and Ariel, Aurora, Jasmine & Pocahontas came around. I was pretty excited. Pocahontas was stunning. People kind of gasped when she came out. I don't know if that's because her appearance was so unexpected or because she was so beautiful -- maybe both! I had to tell me husband to stop looking at her! :rotfl:

I booked lunch specifically because I seemed to recall that Ariel appears there fairly often. I did not expect Pocahontas at all....

They were all exceptionally sweet to my daughter who asked them to sign her leg cast. That was no small feat for Belle in her giant yellow ballgown. She graciously curtsyed right down to the floor so that her dress swirled around her, and signed the cast. It was quite beautiful. Our photographer was good (and smart), because he captured that moment. Of course, I bought the photos. Ha! I HAD to!

Oh, let me add this too. We did CRT last year, and for my $$$, PSB is the way to go. WAY more princesses. WAY more. No comparison really. I think we only saw 2 princesses at CRT last year, with the other characters being nice female characters, but not princesses. And the food at PSB was better than I expected based on reviews. I pictured a small table with slices of meat and cheese. Not so. A LONG buffet with lots of items. I thought the salad was quite good. A nice fresh mix of greens and 3 dressings to choose from. Yes, there were cold cuts and several types of pickled fish, but there was also pasta salad, potato salad (with whole pieces of roasted garlic - yum!), shrimp salad, cubes of cheese, biscuits, croissants. I can't remember everything there was. As far as vegetarian entrees, they need to do better in that area. They brought me the kids ravioli with some roasted veggies on top. Not very good. But the cold buffet was better than I had expected.

Anyway, I don't think there's a better princess meal in terms of quality and quantity of princesses....

I did breakfast in July. I wasn't overly impressed with the food. As for characters, I saw Snow White (lobby), Mulan, Mary Poppins, Jasmine, and Pocahontas.

We did CRT as well as the PSB breakfast (as per my post above). We had four princesses at CRT aswell. Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Belle and Jasmine. I have to say I preferred CRT as the princesses spent more time with the kids. We even had Snow White come up to us and ask if all the princesses could have a photo with our two girls and their two cousins as they were dressed the same way as each of the princesses. Although we loved the food at PSB we were a bit disapointed that we didn't get to see Ariel or Belle. The kids liked Mary Poppins but were there to see princesses. It felt a bit rushed also. One of the CM had to get Snow White to come back to see us as she missed us completely. And the restaurant wasn't full.

All in all though, I would do both of them again.

We were just there for bfast last week and had Belle greeting in her yellow dress and then- Mulan, Snow White (who was rude) , Ariel in her green dress and Sleeping Beauty.

In Sept for dinner- we had Belle greeting in yellow dress, Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, Alice and Ariel in her green dress.

It seems that Ariel with legs is becoming more common at breakfast now, dont you think???

Belle in gold, Snow White, Aurora, and Mulan would make my daughter's day! Here's hoping for March 25th!!

We were there for supper on 1/22. Belle in yellow dress was the greeter. The ones visiting table to table were Aurora, Jasmine, Cinderella, and Ariel. Which was perfect for my niece who loves Jasmine & Belle. A lady I met on the bus one day had gone for breakfast on (I think) the 20th & I know Mary Poppins was there. She was so happy about having seen her.
