So, DS4 has a HUGE crush on Cinderella after she blew him a kiss in the parade this year....
Now he is begging to eat with her on our next trip. I never dreamed I'd be doing a Princess meal.... princess:
Which would you suggest? :confused3 Our boys are 4 and 7.
Thanks!!!

I did CRT last fall with my then 2.5 year old. While the food wasn't that great, and the wait was way too long even with ADRs it was well worth it!!! The look on his face when Cinderella came up to him was priceless!!! She gave him a kiss on the cheek and left lipstick. He was in heaven...well, until Snow White came over and played with him and his toys. The whole rest of the trip, all he wanted to do was marry Snow White!

WOW a kiss from Cindy!! :cloud9: I think he would pass out from sheer joy!! :faint: He would never let me wash his face again.... :goodvibes

we took ds5 to CRT and he loved it. We also made it the last seating for the evening and watched Wishes from inside the castle!!! It was great. Your ds would love it!!! you get a great lithograph, and a picture package of them w/Cindy:)

What time was the last seating at CRT? Do they still give the boys a sword? Or is that just for Breakfast and Lunch?
Thanks,
Susan

the last seating depends on what time Wishes is that evening. The sword is not given at dinner. The litho and pix are wonderful though...here is a pix of the litho.

ETA... you can just tell them you want the last seating to watch Wishes...and make sure they are having Wishes that night... they don't have them everynight! :) It is usually about an hour before Wishes...

1900 Park Fare has Cinderella coming to your table for photos, autographs, etc. The two mice are there, too. Prince Charming is there so having a male character may make him feel better!

My son loves Princess meals and we have always did them in the past.
We love CRT for breakfast!
The Norway Princess meal is great too. The 1st time we went there my son was 3 yrs old and by the time we left he had 5 bright red lipstick kiss marks all over his face!

Even last time he was there, he was 5 years old and he loved getting kiss by a Princess.

This year he will be 7 years old when we go. I thought he would be too old for a Princess meal so I did not schedule CRT or the Norway meal. Just the other day he asked if we are going to eat in the Castle again. I told him No and then I hear "oh but mom"

Of course everything is booked solid now but I did make ADRs for 1900 Park Fare for supper so he will be able to see Cinderella then. He is lucky we love dining at Park Fare and always make ADRs there no matter what.

If you really want to see Cinderella I would book either the Castle or 1900 Park Fare. I don't think I ever saw her at the Norway meal the 3 times we have been there.

We did CRT

We just went this past October, I have no daughters.... My son's were 9 years old and 7 years old, They loved it.... I loved it and so did DH... I would totally do it again!!! The food was alright (not bad) but the castle was incredible... I would not pay 2 TS for it, I would pay OOP.... (take your own pictures)

I saw plenty of boys there and adults with no children at all.... Beautiful atmosphere. :thumbsup2

We like 1900 park fare (really good food too.)

When my friends son was 4 years old he feel asleep on the way there. He continued to sleep for much of the meal. When Cindy came around we took a picture of his father holding him sleeping and Cindy kissing him on the forehead. It was too cute. He did wake up and eat and enjoy the meal, but it was pretty funny. :)

Go to 1900 Park Fare. The food is A LOT better, the price is A LOT better, the interation with Cindy is A LOT better, plus you have the Prince and Suzie and Perla.

I'd agree with CRT. We went for Christmas 2005 and my 4yo DGS LOVED getting kissed by Cindy. We have a picture with the lipstick smooch on his cheek. As we were leaving after our dinner, we heard "Goodbye my Prince!!!" twice and we turned and Cindy was waving and blew a kiss to my GS. That made his day and he remembers Cindy blowing him a kiss to this day...

The info I found says that Cindy does not go to the one in Norway! So if he's in love with her, that's not the place to go. :thumbsup2
There is no way my son would want to go there. Heck my girls harly watch Princess movies, they're all into pirates and ghosts and stuff. They need a Pirates of the Caribean character meal pirate: that my kids would love! My daughter couldn't speak when Captain Jack talked to her at the movie theater pirate:

1900 Park Fare gets my vote. My DS8 is not a princess fan, but we go there each trip & he enjoys getting autographs & his pic taken with Suzy & Perla.

My vote would be for 1900 PF. Both the food and character interaction were
great! Cinderella kissed DS4 and left a big lipstick mark on his cheek. I've never seen a 4 yr. old blush like he did that night!
