My 3 yr old daughter is just now getting into the Princess thing..in making res. I came up on the issue of which dinner to choose. Which is best 1900 Park Fare or Akershus Royal Banquet, in Epcot or Cinderella's Royal Table (Dinner for all of them.) Opinions please???

i think you get a similar experience at askerus and crt (imo) with a little more diversity in characters at askerus (it varies but you usually see belle, aurora, sometimes snow white, mulan, mary poppins). if you have a must see list of the main princesses (ariel, cindy, belle, jasmine, snow white, aurora) then crt is better. if you have cinderella fans then i'd vote hands down for dinner at 1900 park fare...the step sisters in particular are absolutely hysterical!!! the food is typical disney buffet but just for the fun of it we'd do it again. cindy and the prince are what you'd expect at any of the princess meet and greets.

If you're only thinking of dinner, Cinderella's Royal Table would give you a mix of princesses and a regular sit down meal, 1900 Park Fare would give you Cinderella/Prince Charming/Stepsisters/Stepmother and a buffet, Akershus would give you a mix of princesses and a Norwegian Buffet. Both CRT and Akershus would include a picture as part of the package--with Cinderella for CRT and with Belle for Akershus.

We've done Akershus for breakfast and think it's great, but with the Norwegian Food at dinner, didn't think the kids would be interested. Akershus for breakfast is one of the best bargains--seeing all the princesses at a lower cost than CRT.

We've been to CRT for lunch and dinner. I have a hard time getting over the cost of it. It was nice to eat there once, but I didn't find the food/experience was worth the cost. I think we went to the dinner in 2007 and back then the godmother and mice came around to the tables; I'm pretty sure they have multiple princesses come around now.

We love 1900 Park fare, Stepsisters/stepmother are very funny, and we enjoy the buffet.

I think it really comes down to who you want to see--multiple princesses or just Cinderella and her family. At 3 she may be really excited to see Cinderella in her castle and see other princesses there.

If I had to choose I would pick Norway--the interior is very castle like--the food was excellent and the service is perfect. We have dined there 4 times and each time we were greeted by Belle and then visited at the table by Cinderella Aurora, jasmine, and Ariel. We had Snow white one time at breakfast, Jasmine was missing.

Also it is only one TS credit on the dining plan. And much cheaper if paying oop. Having said that, I love 1900 Park Fare, but, the buffet can be a bit difficult to handle with a little one.

I am not a fan or CRT. I did not care for the food and neither did my kids. Though it is very apparent that you are in the castle. The windows are beautiful.

We did the Norway breakfast with my then 3 year old niece...we picked breakfast because she prefers that type of food and Norway because we did this on our last day and that was the park that we didnt hit yet.

The characters were just amazing, we were at the first seating and sat in the far left of the dining room, right by the kitchen and a door in the wall, that is the door they were coming out of.

Food was good but the interaction between my niece and the Princesses was just priceless..and we were not rushed at all
