All are about the same price, and are available for my dates.

If you could pick one premier hotel based just on the pool, which would you pick? and why?

ETA 2 adults and 1 kids age 8, a slide is probably a plus.

What are the ages in your party? Kids, adults, teens, mixture?

ETA: I always though the HRH pool looked like it would be fun to spend time at, so that's my vote. I've never actually used it, so I'm only going by what it looks like. However, I have no complaints about the RPR pool, which is where we usually stay.

I would choose the Hard Rock. Because I love the size, the look of it and the sand beach.

The Hard Rock’s pool is very shallow in case that makes a difference. I wish there was a place that listed the depths of all of the resort pools.

Like can’t swim shallow? Or not dive shallow?
If I remember correctly it’s like 42” deep. So neither for an adult. I did read somewhere that there is an adult pool that is 5 feet deep, but I didn’t check that one out.

I enjoyed the RP pool. It was huge, the 8yo will love the shipwreck area, plenty of seating, great bar, and nachos poolside. I believe it's 4 ft 10 inches at its deepest.

HRH has been said to have one of the longest (and seemingly slowest lol) slides in Orlando. Adult vibe but fine for kids. There are areas of differing depth in the pool area.

We have no problem floating/relaxing in any of the onsite pools Can’t say I’ve ever really seen anybody ‘swim-swim’ in the resort pools as usually far too many people for that.

The slide at main pool of PB is pretty zippy & it gets relatively deep around it in spots.

RP doesn’t have a slide. It‘s layout is nice, unfortunately can feel crowded at times to me If people don’t spread out in the areas not next to pool side.

SF is one of my favorites. A very nice lounging pool yet, imo geared more to adults. They have a basic slide.

CB pools have their share of fans, lots of kids & activity. Our collective noses out of joint as the lazy river wasn’t open a single time during a 4 day stay a few years ago. No mechanical issues, etc.; just various excuses: no lifeguard available, water not acceptable, protein spill…you name it, we heard it lol. a decidedly off series of events But, enough for us not to want to return.

My boys were about 6 and 8 when we stayed at PFB. They loved that pool. In fact, we stayed at HRH last fall (ages 13 and 15) and they said they liked PFB better and requested we stay there when we go back this year. The theming of the PFB pool is pretty cool, kind of looks like a pirate castle.

RPR and HRH each have a single pool to choose from. PBR though has 3 different pools. They have the Beach pool with the slide. They also have a somewhat quieter Villa pool with nicer chairs/loungers (not really adults only, but kids don't usually want to play here when they have the big main pool to go to.) And there is a smaller more secluded Hillside pool. If you want more choices, then PBR would probably be your resort.

My kids (9 and 12) like Water slides so they choose HRH or PB. I prefer HR because it is easier to watch the majority of the pool from one location. With PB there are nooks and crannies they can hide in. Though both pools have exceptional life guards so it really isn’t a worry.
