Which plan is better?

So I'm torn between these two plans, which do you think would work better...both are great for us, and that's where the confusion is coming in

Plan A

Saturday – DHS - Arrival, check into POP from DTD area hotel
L – Beaches & Cream (11:15)
D – Hollywood Brown Derby (F! Package) (5:30pm)
Fantasmic! - 8pm
Big River Grill – Drinks/apps 9pm – no ADR's (OOP)

Sunday – Epcot
L – Biergarten (11:00am)
S – F&W Lunch
D – Chefs de France (6:00pm)
Tour – Behind the Seeds (12pm)
Illuminatins (9pm)

Monday – Magic Kingdom
B – Grand Floridian Cafe (9:30am)
D - Narcoossee's (5:30) – back for Wishes @ 9
NOTE - I like to wear sun dresses to the parks and DH wears kacki's quite often so we'll just dress up a bit for park day (it'll be a slow day as we aren't really MK fans)

Tuesday – Animal Kingdom
B – Boma (9am)
D – Jiko (7pm)

Wednesday – DHS
L – Sci-Fi Dine Inn (12:00pm)
D – Artist Point (7pm)

Thursday – Epcot
B - Cape May (8:45am)
L – F&W Snacks/La Cava del Tiquilla
D – Teppan Edo (7 pm)

Friday - Animal Kingdom - Departure
L – Yak & Yeti (11:30)
D – Raglen Road (5:00pm)

I like Plan B better. F&W can be VERY busy on the weekends, so putting your EP days during the week will probably be more relaxing. All in all, Plan B looks a little more relaxed to me.

Also Biergaten at 11 and Behind the Seeds at 12 is not enough time.

Ahh yes, thanks for pointing that out...I did mean to move it back to 2 or so. I was just "cut and pasting" the re-arranged schedule and apparently forgot to change the time (oops). You are correct definitely not enough time!
