originally had requested loop 1400 to be near pool and Meadows

which PET loop would be closest to 1400 and activities?

Since the 1400 loop is a premium site, I would recommend the 900 loop. It is a premium site, pet friendly and right across from the Meadow Trading Post.

The 600 loop is a good choice also (premium, pet friendly), and is closer, than the 900, but the only drawback is the 600 loop was expanded recently and about half of it now has little, if any, shade. If that does not matter, then the 600 would be the better choice.

Also, 600 does not have a comfort station- you would need to walk to the 800, 900 or 1400 loop comfort station.

Just because you requested the 1400 loop, doesn't mean that that is where you will be.
You need to request a pet loop and hope they can accomadate your other wishes.
It is a very busy time. I wouldn't wait to call.

At the very least I'd call ASAP to let them know you now need a pet loop as that's going to be a busy weekend.

As for requests, we usually have them noted on our reservation and then fax them in about 4-5 days before arrival.

But keep in mind requests aren't guaranteed and it can be especially hard for Disney to grant them during busier times.
