Which parks which days?!?!?

I read somewhere once that there are certain days that are the best days for certain parks. I'm not sure if that makes sense. What I mean is, what day is the best day to go to Magic Kingdom? Monday? Friday? etc...
My parents are going in a couple of weeks and she wanted me to find out for her. Plus my dh, ds(11 months) and I are leaving in about 3 months so I'm trying to plan out the days now.

go to the touring plans dot com website and look at the best days calendar.

You can see/do more in 2-3 hours of park opening than you can the rest of the day. Tell them no matter what park they go to...get there at park opening.

This is what my research has found as far as best days to visit which parks:

Sunday - MK, E, AK
Monday - E, MGM
Tuesday - MK, MGM
Wednesday - MK, E
Thursday - E, MGM, AK
Friday - MK, MGM, AK
Saturday - E, MGM, AK
