It's almost ADR time and I'm trying to nail down my itinerary. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

We have 6 day base tickets for Disney and bought a 2 day get the 3rd free Universal tickets that are park-to-park so we can do the HP stuff. The trip is me, dh, dd 6 turning 7 during the trip and dd 2. I'm trying to figure out the best way to avoid crowds while not wearing out my kids too much and allowing us to see the holiday stuff which we've never seen and see the harry potter stuff which we've never seen.

Thursday (Thanksgiving)- driving camper 5 am, hope to arrive to Ft. Wilderness by 8 pm

Friday- sleep in, late breakfast at Chef Mickey's, spend day at Fort with golf cart (already rented for just the one day) hoping to swim and do campfire with chip and dale

Saturday- RD Epcot stay all day, try to hit as many of the holiday storytellers as possible

Sunday- RD MK stay til they kick us out for party

Monday- RD Universal Studios stay all day

Tuesday- sleep in a little, go to IOA, stay til we are done probably just a half day though then take a break

Wednesday- sleep in, go to HS for H&V lunch fantasmic package, then stay for Osborne lights after F!

Thursday- sleep in, get to MK around noonish for BBB for dd's 7th bday, CRT late lunch, then staying for MVMCP already have the tickets, stay as late as we can

Friday- sleep in, go to MK whenever we get up, do a 630 BOG dinner to make the most of our time before getting kicked out for party

Saturday- RD AK til early afternoon, then DTD or swimming or use last day of universal tickets depending on what we feel like

Sunday- Drive home 5 am to 8 pm

Your plan looks good to me. Your BOG 6:30 plan makes sense with the party being that night too. You're not giving yourself much time at HS but if you don't want to see many of the shows you should be fine. Your 2 year old would love the Disney Jr. show if you haven't been to that before.
