We will be taking our kids (9,7 & 3) to WDW for the first time the week of 9/10-9/18/04. Should we really have a strategy plan & planned route in hand for a visit during this time of year? Also, I know I want to try Chef Mickey's, the Princess breakfast at Epcot and the Prime Time Cafe. What day of the week is it best to go to Epcot (that will be the day I will try to get a PS for the Princess breakfast), and MGM (for the Prime Time Cafe)? Also, is there such a thing as a best day of the week to go to the Magic Kindom? I'd be greatful for any advice!

In my opinion, any day in sept is a good day. every year we have gone, there are no crowds. It is a good idea to get PS for chef mickeys, but i have even done this on the same day, an hour before arrival. Every time we have gone to prime time, we have gone at lunch, and PS was not needed. I dont think you will really need a plan to visit a park on a certain day in sept, as attendance is very low. Email me if you have any more questions if you like. Disneyfun1@cox.net Looks like ill be there the day after you arrive!!

According to the UG:

Best days to visit will be
MK: Fri & Wed
MGM: Thur & Fri
EPCOT: Sat & Sun
AK: Tues, Thur, Sat

Also, w/ young kids it is suggested to visit MK last.
