Which parks have been opening early lately?

Getting ready to head to WDW tomorrow! I was just wondering if people know which parks were opening a little early. I this I remember that historically, DHS has opened about 15 minutes early, MK has opened 15 to 30 minutes early, and Animal Kingdom and Epcot usually just open on time (is that correct?), but is that still the case?

Yeah, that's still pretty much what happens. There are always exceptions and every so often HS doesn't open early but that's an exception. The norm is early.
MK's gates don't open early so much as their opening show starts about 15-20 min before opening. You don't start going through the turnstiles very early though.

A good rule-of-thumb is to be at the gates of any theme park at least 30 minutes before the published opening time.

All four have been subject to early opening of the gates.

This is not recently, but in November AK, Epcot & HS all opened 15 minutes early and MK 5 minutes or so. We follow Robo's advice and get there 30 minutes before posted opening time.

Not to hijack this post...but when the parks do open a little early...which rides are actually operating for those early first few minutes? I would hate to get in early just to stand in a line for a ride that's not open yet!

Yes, all rides are running in my experience.

The rides are running. We typically go left on a full day at MK, and are usually off Magic Carpets and walking to Jungle Cruise before the park's official opening time.
