Hi,

Which parks do you recommend me to visit the park with a 2 yrs old boy? he will be 28 months old when visiting WDW. Oh, for mor information, we are from Spain (Europe).

Which of them can be avoid if we don´t have enough time? We are visiting it for 9 days I think.

Oh! and other questions (maybe you know the answer):

- The transportation system (bus, monorail,...) allows trolley cars opened for babies or not?

- Are a wide range of menus for children (or are all of them based on pasta,buguer,...)?

- What if my son got sick? are doctors available in the parks, or in the hotels?

- Do they sell napies or whatever for the baby?

I think that´s all :scratchin

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Valtis

I would recommend Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom for sure, I saw on your other post that you have been to Disneyland Paris, Magic Kingdom is very similar, but defiently would be the best park for your son as far as rides that he can do. Animal Kingdom would be fun for him to, although there are not a lot of "rides" there is still quite a bit to do with the shows and the animals. If you do have to skip on park I would say Epcot. It is a little more adult, while it is still a great park I think the younger ones are usually bored there (I know I was when I was little). If you want to go to a water park I would suggest Typhoon Lagoon, it is the more laid back park, they both have great children's areas, but I always feel like Blizzard Beach is more of a fast paced park.

-To answer your other questions... The Buses will ask you to close your stroller for safety reasons, but monorails usually let you leave them open.

-Most of the kids menus are the basics, burgers, macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, etc.

-If your son got sick, there is a first aid station avalaible at all the parks. There are walk in clinics close to the property that you can go to or they can call for the Paramedics to come if it is really necessary (no charge to you for the paramedics or first aid, Disney pays the bill).

- Not sure the translation of napies... Are you asking about diapers? If so then yes, they do sell them in the hotel gift stores :)

napies? :-D in spanish they are "pañales". Diaper and nappy is the same thing.

Thanks for the rest of the answers :-D

It is worth to visit the water park staying there? Is it very very disney? Has it anything special different from the rest of water parks?

The water parks are very well themed, like everything else Disney. We enjoy them and being you are coming in April it might be something to keep in mind. But with a 2 year old it just depends on what he can do. They have great childrens areas, but it wouldn't be an all day event, you could save the extra money and just go to the hotel pool if you choose to, it was just an option to keep in mind :).

Yes, I like water parks and I think He will enjoy it...

It´s a bit difficult to prepare a good trip to WDW. I know we will enjoy and we know we can´t see everything. But What I´d like it´s to get a good impression of the resort by itself.

When we go to disneyland resort paris everything is easy, calm,... because it´s smaller. I´m a bit afraid os wasting times in long travels from one park to the hotel or hwatever, or not knowing what to do... eating? sleeping? going on rides? XDDDDD it´s like a countdown when you are there :-D

I know this will probably be overwhelming for you, but here is a property map of the entire property with the location of everything. http://willcad.org/maps/misc/wdw_trans_m.jpg Just for perspective for you on where things are in location to other things. Pop Century is not on the map (it is on Victory Way behind the Caribbean Beach Resort.) If the map comes up small, it should have a little box if you click in the bottom right corner when you put your mouse there that will enlarge it. Willcad (he's a member here) has great maps of everything http://willcad.org/disney_maps.html if you want to check out hotel maps to see how they are laid out, theme park maps and of course the transportation map that I gave the direct link to above.

If you are coming for 9 days I think you will be surprised at how much you will accomplish. You can get a lot done in that amount of time and still have extra time to rest :)
