Part One- Which one of the WDW parks do you visit the most often while you are staying at Fort Wilderness (answer in the poll above).

Part Two- Would this answer change if you were staying at one of the other resorts or off site ??

I am thinking the obvious answer is MK because the boat makes it so easy to get there. I know there are people here that also stay at some of the other resorts and I am wondering if the parks people visit most often have to do with where they are staying.

(For myself I think that we would probably visit AK and HS more often if we could get there by boat or monorail. I'm not sure if we will end up doing the bus or driving ourselves)

We do 1 park a day, and only once, so I vote all equally. We usually stay at the fort for 10-12 days, and fill the rest with looping, visiting relatives, going to beach and checking out the resorts etc.

(I love the polls shannone, keep em up, and I will leave them up to you from now on);)

In June we will be staying at AKL DVC villas. Since we are going twice within a year we decided to try the AP this time. I think with having the MK just a boat ride away when we go to FW for Christmas we will probably visit there more often.

I put I visit all equally, but my last visit was in October during F&W Festival, so visited Epcot almost every day!!!

I said MK because we do go there more often on each trip, no matter where we stay. This past trip we had 1 day in AK, 1 MGM, 1 1/2 days Epcot and 3 days MK plus the Christmas Party. What can I say we LOVE the MK.

I'm with Carol. :thumbsup2 But since we're at FW mostly in the Fall, it's Epcot during the F&W festival. When we're there in the Spring, and if we can time it with the Flower and Garden festival, it's also Epcot...so I voted Epcot.

I voted equally but I would say that since MK is so easy to get to like you mentioned that we do usually go over there since you can get the most for your time. Somehow it seems like Epcot always has EMH on our arrival day so if they are we will go there as well and ride Soarin and Test Track. Now that TT has the singles line DD and we get to ride it twice.

I voted for MGM because that is the park we enjoy most and visit the most. We do however go to Magic Kingdom a lot cause it is just a boat ride away and Epcot some. We usually just do the one trip to Animal Kingdom. We just bounce all over the place. That is why we get our park hoppers. :thumbsup2

I voted MK, but not because of convenience of the boat, and regardless of where we stay...we visit epcot and mgm once per visit and one day is usually enough to do everything we want to do in both of those parks. We may or may not visit AK...its not our favorite by any means, and we have one of the top zoos in the country right here in new orleans....but since theyve added everest...we may not be skipping it anymore...I do like that ride! We never get all of MK in on one day, at least not with youngsters with us.. theres just SO much for the little ones to do and see...it takes at least 2 days for us to feel like we did all we need to. We've NEVER done either of the water parks though...might change that this May.

We are planning to do one day at AK and HS our next trip and 2 days at Epcot and MK.

Is it a pain to get to Epcot via the boat/monorail ?? We have to come home mid day from the parks to take care of the dogs. MK is no biggie since it is just the boat, but the days we are at the other parks I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to pay for parking twice each day. But I also don't want to spend up to an hour each way for the bus !!

Im pretty sure you get free parking when you're a resort guest. Am I wrong?

I voted for Epcot only because we have been going in April and taking in the flowers and sights during the Garden Festival.
And yes, parking is free if you remember to get a car pass when you check in. Since the fees went up, that is a plus in my book.

We always visit the Magic Kingdom more than the others.

We visit Epcot the most often, because we're most likely to drop in there for just a little while, like for dinner. I love the Garden festival and my kids really like the Land and Seas pavillions. It can take us days to get thru the whole park!

We also love AK. I enjoy the boat ride, but MK doesn't do a lot for us, since it seems like a paler version of Disneyland. One day per trip is usually enough of that!

Shannone, you need a AAA Diamond Card! That thing makes parking at the other parks (EP, HS, AK) great, especially if you're going in and out multiple times on a hot day.

If you book a room and tickets thru AAA, it's included with your package. I love it!

...but if you have a Class A/B/C and no TV, never mind!

There is a direct bus from Epcot to/from the Outpost. If the doggies are at the Kennel, it is right there by the bus stop.

Shannone, I couldn't vote because this is almost always how we tour the parks. Back in the day when we would get a 5 day pass we would do each park once and then whichever park we we needed more time in would get the 5th day. It was usually the Magic Kingdom. Since we've been doing the Magic Your way dealie we get 6 one day passes each and do the MK twice, EPCOT twice and the other two once.

I voted MK. We love MK. We go for 2 weeks. We go to each park 2 days. We try to take a day off between park days. But we still seem to go to MK on those days at night to get something to eat and ride 1 ride. We get AP and go twice within a 1 year period for a total of 4 weeks.

I voted MK. There are many days we will go the MK to ride the Wedway people mover( OK, I know its name has been changed to something like Transit Authority) Then stake out a good site for Spectro and Wishes. I'm like a little kid when It comes to watching Spectro. I've lost count of the times I've watched it and I still get goosebumps just thinking of the opening music where those silly clown like characters are sitting on the swirling globes.
