Which park which day advice

Hello everyone! I need some suggestions. Here are the details:

Myself and parents, both have mobility issues (as father will be in a wheelchair or ecv)
Staying offsite (Disney Springs Resort)

We are only doing two park days (MK & Ep) during this stay, as the rest will be just stopping to smell the roses, as to not overdo my parents.

Our park days are Thursday 11/10 and Saturday 11/12.

It is Veterans Day weekend, last F&W weekend, Jersey Week and early entry EMH Thurs @ Epcot (again, we are not eligible due to off-site)

Which day would be better to do in which park?

Thursday in Epcot-- bypassing last F&W crowd, but being with those on-site who used early EMH?
Saturday in MK

OR reverse

Thursday MK and Saturday in Epcot (with weekend F&W and Veterans Day weekend crowds).

I understand it will be crowded, but which do you think will be the lesser of the two? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I would probably do MK Thursday and Epcot on Saturday.

If the trend continues, the hours and when EMH is isn't finalized for november yet. Lately around the 15th (probably 17th) this month disney has been updating the next months times and emh days. Be ready to change your mind again in a week or two..

With that said.. f&w would be much more relaxing if not done on a weekend as it's been very empty on weekdays (especially weekday nights) and very crowded on weekends. You are going what I think is the last weekend of F&W and locals come out in mass for first and last weekends of anything. MK is many peoples first park though and saturdays can be pretty packed as well. I've been using park hours to sort out where I want to go and the park that is opened later tends to be where the mega crowds are and lately it's not uncommon for emh at night to be really packed and the only park even opened that late.

you also need to navigate parties, I'm assuming you looked to make sure there was no parties for MVMCP on those days in mk?

Yes, there is MVMCP on Thursday and closes at 7p. We are not planning to attend the party.

So on party days MK is usually light on crowds.

Though personally, I'd probably go to MK on Saturday and EP on Thursday. I have also found as long as you have a plan you should be fine.

Personally I never bother with EMH at Epcot. I have no idea how that will affect attendance. I agree with Bobb_o above, I would do Epcot on Thursday to avoid the F&W Saturday crowds. I do expect the MK will be crowded on Sat also. It's going to be a busy weekend anyway you look at it. I am arriving on Sunday the 13th for a 2 day stay and heading to Epcot myself, Monday I am doing MK and HS.
