Which park to use FP+

One of my days I have us scheduled to go to the morning Extra Magic Hours at the Disney Studios. After being there a few hours we will have lunch, and then take a break, before heading to Epcot.

Should I schedule my FP+ for the Studios or Epcot? I have been planning on doing them at DS, but will it be necessary? The goal is to let my nephew hit R&R a bunch, then Tot, and hopefully TSM too. Would I be better served trying to get my FP in Epcot for Soarin? It almost seems a waste, as you can only book one good FP at a time in Epcot.

What are your thoughts? I can argue for either park, so I'm a bit stumped.

I would go for FP at DHS and then when the three are used, try to get a FP for Soarin in Epcot for later.

You're going to be waiting in some lines. the question is do you mind 20-60 minutes for all rides except TSMM (do this first) at HS or do you want to chance having to wait up to 4 hours to ride soarin. I would get a soarin fastpass and focus on TSMM at EMH rope drop then enjoy the others as much as you don't mind waiting. test track is going to be a decent line but not a soarin line.

Make your fastpasses for Epcot. I expect the line for Soarin' will still be ridiculous (90+ minutes all day) and same day fastpasses will not be available. If you have a decent plan, the lines at DHS will be pretty reasonable.

Which ride would you go to first, Toy Story or R&R? I'm dragging my nephew out of bed for EMH, as I told him he could ride R&R a few times without much of a wait. Would we be able to get one ride on Toy Story in first, and he still be able to do multiple times on R&R? I do plan on being to the park at least 30 minutes ahead of opening, with the plan being to arrive 45 minutes prior. So we should be at the front of the mob waiting to get in, not the back.

Ok, thanks. I have no problem with letting him book it ahead of me once we are off of TSM. I can go grab some Starbucks and then wait for him outside of R & R.
