Which park to do on arrival day?

We are arriving at RPR around noon today. We have 3 day tix and will probably do 2 days at IOA which park should we do today? Is it worth going to Harry Potter so late in the day? The disney parks were really busy this week so we are trying to maximize our time.thanks.

I'd probably do both, myself I don't think there's been a day when I've been and haven't been to both.

Yes I definitely waited too long to ask. We went to US the first day.got there around 1. Saved IOA for when we had early entry which was today and tomorrow too. I think it worked out well. Thanks for replying though.
