Which park to choose for ADR on which night?

How do you know which restaurant to choose for an ADR if the park hours have not been published yet? Especially without knowing the schedule for EMH in February yet, I'm not certain which park we will be/ not be in for each particular day of our stay. Thanks so much for any advice you can offer.

I think right now it is anyone's guess. You may want to look at the previous months to see if you can get a better picture of what they do. Good luck!

I was worried about this too since we're going in May...but I went ahead and made our schedule without taking EMH into consideration. I found that when we went, for example, to AK on their EMH hardly any rides were open! So I'm just going to make my dining plans and roll the dice. I have it all planned, just waiting for my window to open!

We had the same problem but DW looked up last year's schedule and made them based on those dates. For the most part, it worked out
