We are going to do universal studios parks 3 days 3/19-3/21 this yr and wanna splurge on express pass since we are staying off resort. So we wanna do one park with express pass and spend the other 2 days at the other park that way we will have time all 3 days to see everything but idk which park to choose....have a son 6yrs, and daughter 4. Both love all types of rides no exceptions. Also is this a busy time? Sould we even get the pass?? Please help! From ohio.

The two park EP is $55.99 each during that time which indicates higher crowds. I would recommend waiting until you arrive and see what the wait times are first before spending the money. That said...you will probably need the EPs for IoA more than the Studios. HP brings a lot of people in and you're visiting around Spring Break which will be crowded. If you get to the parks before opening, you should be able to do several attractions without too much of a wait. I think they will have a great time...there's plenty for children to do in both parks.

Thank you very much!!!! What's HP? And how can we get in before open if we aren't resort guests?

HP is Harry Potter and the only way you can get in early w/o staying onsite is if they open the gates before posted opening time. Otherwise...you can't.

Ok so if we do 1 day with EP at IOA that leaves 2 days to do universal....is there enough to do there for 2 days?

The Studios will take a full day and then you can go back and do your favorites again or something you missed before on your third day. Just remember to relax and have a good time. This isn't Disney where you have make ADRs nine years in advance or run around like wild people trying to see everything.
