Which park order this Sun, Mon, Tues?

We're doing a last minute trip this Sun, Mon, Tues w/ our 3&5 yo. We're staying offsite and thinking of doing

MK on Sun
AK on Mon
Epcot or MGM on Wed

Is this order a bad idea? Are the attendance #'s so low this time of year that it doesn't matter?

check the ee days. When you find out what these are skip those day's and go the day after they are the least crowdest days.

Since MK has EE on Sunday and AK has EE on Monday, I'd swap those days because the parks will be more crowded on their EE day. Since you're staying off-site, you won't be able to take advantage of EE.

FYI: MGM has EE on Tuesday
EPCOT has EE on Wed
