Which park is closest to Goofy’s kitchen

I was able to snag 2 different Goofy’s Kitchen reservations tonight. Both are for 5:30 but on different days (I need to pick one based on our park reservations)
We will be walking from our hotel after a pool break. Plan on heading back to Disneyland or CA after dinner. Is one park more convenient than the other?

The main entrances for both parks are the same distance from GK. But, if you want to use the monorail to get back into DL, the DTD station is much closer to GK than the main gate.

Does the monorail go to GK? I didn’t even realize there was a monorail at DL

The monorail goes to down town Disney, right outside the disneyland hotel where Goofy's kitchen is.

If the monorail is running, it's far more convenient to be heading back to DL after Goofy's Kitchen. A fun little ride rather than a trek through all of DTD. It will let you off in Tomorrowland inside the park.

The Monorail at DLR is not as extensive. It can take you from Tomorrowland to the far end of Donwtown Disney and back. The station is close to the Disneyland Hotel grounds and within the security perimeter. There is also a park entry gate at the station as you will scan in to the park before boarding. It will not necessarily save you time, but it can be a fun ride, especially if your plans at DL afterward are on the Tomorrowland side.
