Which Park for afternoon

We are only in Disney for 3 days and will be doing MK and HS on the 2 mornings we will be there. On the MK day we are planning on staying all day. But which Park would you suggest for Day 2 in the afternoon ? We would love to do Epcot but are afraid if we use our Fastpasses in HS we might end up with long waits in the afternoon at Epcot. Would AK be a better bet?

AK really empties out by mid-afternoon (3-4 pm). It's the perfect time for multiple re-rides with minimal waits with no FP+. The park closes pretty early so you may still have time to hop to Epcot for the last couple of hours.

Agree with PP.

You will definitely have long waits for both Soarin and Test Track if you choose Epcot for the afternoon. Much better to do Epcot in the morning, so that you can do one of these attraftions at park opening and do the other with FP+.
