Does it have to be in a park? If so, then a couple of the Epcot restaurants might be good; Japan, Italy, UK are all good. Somebody will likely mention LeCellier, but we think its way over-hyped and over-priced.

Outside the parks, how about Artist Point or Jiko? Both have unique dishes, and the surroundings are outstanding.
