Which Park? (again, I'm sure)

I know this probably gets asked way too often, but I'm getting ready to bite the bullet and get 4 one day tickets. I'm fearing my boys are older and will not get as much out of Disney as they used to (we'll be there for 6 days) so $400 may not be the worst investment on top of what we are already spending to make it that much more memorable!?!? ...I'm trying to convince myself :)

My boys are now 13 and 15, if I were to add US or IOA for one day for just the thrill rides which would you suggest?

I'm trying to just find a list of thrill rides for each and not having as much luck as I would have expected on the old interweb! ;) I'm finding plenty of lists but too much info on most.

Thanks in advance!

I would suggest IOA for the more thrilling rides. At IOA you have all the harry potter stuff including the dragon challenge coasters which are indeed thrilling IMO. You also have the hulk coaster which is one of my favorites. I enjoy the rides at both parks so would hate to skip one in favor of the other. At US there are some cool experience rides like Men in Black, the mummy coaster (one of my favorite as well).

Unless you plan to visit one of the Disney water parks, I'd scale back the Disney trip to 5 days and plan 2 for Universal. There's enough at both Universal parks to spend 1 day at each.
