Which ones should I do?

Which ones should I do with just dds and me:
8:14 arrival day MK--Ohana dinner?
8/15 EP cape May 10:55
8/16 MK Park Fare 6:10
8/17 DS Sci Fi 11:35 or 12:45
8/18 departure day MK-CP 8:20 or AK-TH 8:25

My other choice would be Park Fare 8/14 6:05 and then Ohana breakfast 8/16

We have never been to Ohana and ydd is picky eater. I was thinking maybe breakfast would be better?
Departure day--we have done CP but would be at MK before rope drop or TH at AK never been to TH.
