Which ones have Disney Dollars?

I'm new to this board and am looking for a few ways to earn a little bonus money for our WDW trip in September. I want to get the Disney Dollars and have them mailed to me at home so my DD4 can experience the "Disney Magic" of opening the envelope and seeing the Disney faces on the bills. Of the sites mentioned here, I could only find Disney Dollar redemptions on Sunshine and CR. Is there a way to get Disney Dollars on MyPoints, RTV, or QR that I'm not figuring out?

Sunshine rewards, quickrewards, creation rewards and click to the magic (when it's actually up and runing they have been having sponsor problems) all have disney dollars. With quickrewards each order you put in you have to pay 50 cents shipping. So if you were going to redeem 20 disney dollars you would need 20.50 in your account.

Mypoints has gift cards.

Rewardtv has gift cards you need to purchase and it's really hard! I have only had luck with $5 ones. They have certain gift cards up at certain hours/days each week. They are only limited to a certain number of people and you basically need to sign on and click on it right at that time and have a super high internet to get through. It's kinda like buying tickets to a sold out show!
