Chef Mickeys or Tusker House breakfast? We are going to AK that morning and staying at the Poly so either one will be easy to get to

There are 2 girls, age 6 and 12.5 and 2 adults

Based strictly on guest to character ratio...I haven't been to either (yet) but unless they have made some changes the character to guest ratio at Chef Mickey's is twice as good as Tusker....

I cannot speak for either because I have only eaten dinner at CM and Tusker House is new we have eaten at Donald's Breakfastsauras which Tusker House replace and we really enjoyed the Donald's Breakfast the food was really good and I have heard really good reviews about it too.

Would B-fast at CM & then a dinner at Tusker House be desirable? Or are you just wanting a character meal experience?

If it's about characters, I'd probably do TH just so you can be at the park you're touring that morning. It also allows for an easy access safari FP at some point.

You could always do CM another morning when touring MK if you wish to do them both.

Both are nice. Now if I ask my kids, they will undoubtedly say CM's. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

Either choice would be breakfast, and both are easy to get to. We have not done either one. I think CM might be the winner because of the Mickey Waffles ( for the kids ) but I think DH and I would like TH much better. What to do what to do ;)

Thanks eveyone.

We love Chef Mickey's! - Good food, great atmosphere & awesome character interaction. If the new Tusker House breakfast is like it's predecessor (Donald's Restaurantosaurus), then it's no contest: Chef Mickey's all the way. The food was good, but the character interaction at Donald's was not very good: we felt rushed and were lucky if we got 30 seconds with a character + it was noisy & chaotic. However, the reviews I have seen for Tusker House have been good, so we are trying it this year, but I would easily pick Chef Mickey's if I had to choose between the two.
